Entry Vietnam (entryvietnam.com) provides an online visa application processing service for travelers seeking to obtain a Vietnam electronic visa (eVisa). We act as an independent processing service, facilitating the submission of your application to the Vietnam Immigration Department. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

• The government visa fee is $25 USD for single-entry and $50 USD for multiple-entry eVisa (up to 90 days).
• An additional service fee applies for our processing, verification, and customer support services.
• All fees are displayed clearly before payment and are charged in USD.
• Payment is processed securely through our PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor.

• The government visa fee is non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the Vietnam Immigration Department.
• If your application is rejected due to an error on our part, we will reprocess your application at no additional charge or provide a full service fee refund.
• If your application is rejected due to incorrect information provided by you, the government fee is non-refundable. Our service fee may be partially refunded at our discretion.
• Cancellation requests made before submission to the government are eligible for a full refund minus a $5 processing fee.

• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in your application.
• You are responsible for ensuring your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your intended date of entry into Vietnam.
• You must review all submitted information carefully before payment, as corrections after submission are limited.
• You acknowledge that the final decision on visa approval rests solely with the Vietnam Immigration Department.

Standard processing is 3-5 business days, Priority Express is 2 business days, and Super Urgent is 1 business day. These times are estimates and may be affected by Vietnamese public holidays, technical issues with government systems, or high application volumes. We are not liable for delays beyond our control. We strongly recommend applying at least 2 weeks before your intended travel date.

Entry Vietnam acts as a processing intermediary and does not guarantee visa approval. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from visa rejections, travel disruptions, or delays caused by government processing. Our total liability is limited to the service fees paid by you for the specific transaction in question.
