When you use our eVisa processing service, we collect the following information necessary to process your visa application:

• Personal Information: Full name, date of birth, gender, nationality, email address, and phone number.
• Passport Information: Passport number, issue date, expiry date, and a scanned copy of your passport data page.
• Travel Information: Intended dates of travel, entry/exit ports, and accommodation address in Vietnam.
• Payment Information: Credit/debit card details (processed securely by our PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor).
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies for website functionality.

• To process and submit your Vietnam eVisa application to the relevant government authorities.
• To communicate with you about your application status and provide customer support.
• To send you your approved eVisa via email.
• To improve our services and website functionality.
• To comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

We employ industry-leading security measures to protect your data, including TLS 1.3 encryption for all data transmissions, PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processing, ISO 27001 certified data centers, and regular penetration testing. Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
