Vietnamese visa policy for Polish citizens
Polish citizens are exempt from visa requirements for visits to Vietnam lasting up to 45 days. This exemption applies to all purposes of travel, including tourism, business, and family visits.
For stays extending between 46 and 90 days, Polish citizens must obtain an electronic visa (eVisa) prior to departure.

- A Polish passport valid for a minimum of 6 months beyond the arrival date.
- Proof of a return ticket or onward travel departing within 45 days.
- A passport with at least two blank pages for entry and exit stamps.
No prior registration or application is required. The entry stamp will be issued by immigration officers at the port of entry upon arrival.
eVisa Requirements (46 to 90 Days)
Travelers planning to stay longer than 45 days must secure a Vietnam eVisa. The eVisa is valid for up to 90 days and allows for single or multiple entries.
Application Process
Applications should be submitted through the official National Web Portal on Immigration. Processing typically takes 3 to 5 working days.
- Complete the form: Provide passport details, intended dates of travel, and entry port.
- Upload documents: Submit a recent passport-sized photograph and a clear digital copy of the passport bio-data page.
- Pay the fee: The non-refundable fee is $25 for a single-entry visa or $50 for a multiple-entry visa.
Approved eVisas must be printed and presented alongside your passport upon arrival. The eVisa is accepted at all 83 designated international ports of entry.
General Vietnam entry requirements for Polish travelers:
- Polish passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival
- Valid Vietnam eVisa (required only for stays exceeding 45 days)
